Products Built Better

Rothy's Logo

Rothy’s was founded in 2012 by Roth Martin and Stephen Hawthornthwaite. It is a San Francisco-based direct-to-consumer company that offers shoes that were made from 100% recycled plastic water bottles and other post-consumer recycled materials. In fact, in 2019, the company recycled over 41 million water bottles to produce its products. Their shoes consist of different silhouettes such as Chelsea, Sneaker, Flat, etc. As of now, there were over 60 possible combinations of styles and colors. Furthermore, their shoes are also machine washable and can quickly dry in just 40 minutes.

The company now also offers stylish handbags which are also made from recycled plastic materials.
