Cricket Wireless, LLC started in March 1999 but was acquired by AT&T in March 2014. Before the acquisition, Cricket Wireless already had 4.5 million subscribers. Today, it provides wireless services to more than 10 million people in the United States.

The company provides 4G LTE across most of the country and offers multiple plans for basic mobile devices and smartphones. Moreover, all of their plans come with unlimited talk and text, while some plans have unlimited data access. They also give their loyal customers a reward system where their customers can earn points for downloading apps, playing games, and other activities. With a partnership with BridgePay, consumers can now break their monthly dues into two bills for more manageable payment.

They also offer a Phone Payment Plan to lease a new phone (iPhone, Samsung, LG, Motorola) with Progressive Leasing. No credit is needed. An initial lease payment of $49.99 will be made as a downpayment. You can select to purchase up to 5 phones and 5 accessories depending on your approved lease amount, but the first phone must cost at least $149.99 after discounts and promotions. You can pay off your lease via flexible weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly payment options.
